Introduction to Privacy and Security Policy

This Policy describes our current protocols and practices with regard to any data, relating to your business, customers, suppliers and partners, including any Personal Data, which you submit to Innovations Infinite whilst using Sales Infinite ("Customer Data").  The term "Personal Data" refers to information about individuals that you may submit (e.g. name and email address).  

As a result of changes in the law and technology, our data practices will change from time to time.  When this happens we will notify you by amending this Policy as soon as practicable.  We encourage you to check this page frequently.  

We will always deal with Customer Data in accordance with the confidentiality provisions in the Sales Infinite Services Agreement and as set out in this Policy. We remind you that this Policy does not apply to third party links beyond this website.

Use and storage of Customer Data

We will always abide by the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will only use Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Sales Infinite service to you.  

Your Customer Data may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your Customer Data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Innovations Infinite will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Customer Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

Any payment transactions you make in connection with your use of Sales Infinite will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect Customer Data, we cannot guarantee the security of Customer Data transmitted to our site and its transmission is at your risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Data integrity and security

We strive to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of Customer Data in databases that we use and to protect the privacy and security of those databases.  Servers and databases that we use are protected by industry standard security technology.

Any information you provide to us will only be used as described in this Policy.  However, your information may be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law.  Also, if you engage in disruptive behaviour towards the site, we may use information we hold to stop such behaviour.

The employees who have access to your Customer Data have been trained to handle it in accordance with our security protocols.  Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorised disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we take commercially reasonable steps to prevent this from happening.

Data access and corrections

We will always provide reasonable assistance to enable you to correct, amend or delete any Personal Data that is inaccurate and notify any third party recipients of the necessary changes.
